Return / Refund / Withdrawal

Order cancellation:

Since we try to deliver goods to our customers as soon as possible, we will prepare the delivery for shipment from the time the customer places an order. For this reason, we cannot accept cancellation requests after ordering. Thank you for your comprehension.

Returns (undamaged):

The return period is  14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at support@beeline-xpress.com by means of a clear statement about your decision to cancel this contract, send before the end of the withdrawal period (14 days) .

After your request has been accepted, you must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 day period has expired.

    * If you return an item over £ 25, you should consider a trackable shipping service or take out transport insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Refund (Not Damaged):

    If you cancel this contract, we have all payments that we have received from you, excluding delivery costs and a 20% return fee. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. 

    • You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
    • Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded.
    • Subject to a 20% redemption fee.

    As soon as your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. When approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

    Redemption fee

    Returns are subject to a 20% return fee (you will receive 80% of the purchase price of the item ) in the following situations:

    • Returned items have been opened.
    • Objects with obvious signs of wear.
    • Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or defective for reasons that are not due to our error. 

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially booked. Then contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

    Exchanges (damaged shipments):

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The exchange period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
